mix together 2 cups almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
1/8 teaspoon salt
mix wet ingredients together
1 cup greek yogurt
1 egg beaten
combine wet and dry Ingredients together
make dough shape Bagels
sprinkle seasoning of your choice
bake 40-45 minutes spraying Bagels with water halfway through baking to ensure a higher rise
remove from molds as,soon as possible so the bottoms of the Bagels do not become soggy … enjoy !!!
