***FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS***
– Smoked Beef Sausage (or any preferred type)
– 1 Sliced Zucchini
– 1 Sliced Yellow Squash
– 1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
– 2 Mini Sweet Peppers, Chopped
– 1Tbsp Olive Oil
– 1 Tbsp Butter
– 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
– 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
– 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme

BONUS Air Fryer Recipe:
1. Prep the veggies and sausage.
2. Combine all of the ingredients (excluding the olive oil and butter) in a bowl.
3. Transfer the combined ingredients to air fryer container and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
4. Check the tray and shake if needed at the 8 minute mark and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
