Hey guys today I’m sharing a delicious and easy LCHF/KETO breakfast recipe that is “SCRAMBLED EGG WITH SPINACH”.
These eggs will usually fill me up until around 1pm, and sometimes even longer. They’re a great source of energy in the morning and keep you full for a good chunk of the day. If you’re the type that has problems with hunger around 11, try these!
Here is the Macros from this recipe:
Total fat – 22 gram
Total protein – 15 gram
Total carbs – 4 gram
Easy LCHF/KETO Breakfast recipe – Spinach with Scrambled Eggs/ചീര മുട്ട തോരൻ
Ingredients :
Spinach – 2 cup
Eggs – 2 nos
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
Preparation:
Cut the spinach into small pieces.Beat the 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan.Add 2 cups of spinach and saute in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
After we can add the spices and mix everythin well for 1 minutes.Next we can ad the beaten eggs and
mix it with the spinach than cook till it done.Off the flame and serve hot.
