Sugar-Free Cottage Cheese Pumpkin Pie Bars That Melt In Your Mouth | Fall Recipe
High Protein , Sugar Free, Soft, Creamy Pumpkin Bars made with cottage cheese, perfect for a protein packed dessert or snack without added sugar. I eat oats recipes every day and have lost 10kg! within 3 months.
Ingredient: (8 bars)
1 cup cottage cheese (225 g)
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup erythritol sweetener
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Blend well
Avocado oil
Topping with pumpkin seeds (option)
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let cool completely
Chill bars in the fridge for firmer slices
