Keto mug cakes are the easiest keto dessert in the world to make. You be eating a keto cake in less than two minutes!! There are many different flavors of keto mug cake that you can make, but this version is a pecan pie mug cake. It has all the flavors of pecan pie packed into a low carb mug cake. And it takes about 2 minutes to make from start to finish.
In this video, I show you how to make keto pecan pie mug cake. The easy keto dessert is a maple pecan flavored cake topped with a buttery pecan topping. It is delicious served warm and topped with keto whipped cream or low carb ice cream.
You can mix all the ingredients in a mug or ramekin and microwave it for a little over a minute. It’s an easy keto dessert you can have when you are craving something sweet, like pecan pie.

KETO PECAN PIE MUG CAKE RECIPE
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons ChocZero Maple Pecan Syrup
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon Lakanto GoldenMonkfruit or Golden Swerve
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon cold butter, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon ChocZero Maple Pecan Syrup
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients for the mug cake in a small bowl and mix together until combined.
Pour mug cake batter in a large mug or into two 6 oz ramekins greased with cooking spray.
Microwave for 60 to 85 seconds or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle (not wobbly). Remove from microwave to let cool. Baking times will vary based on make and model of microwave.
To make the pecan topping, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash together with fork. It’s okay to have chunks of butter. You don’t want it completely uniform.
Add pecan topping on top of the mug cake and microwave for an additional 20 to 30 seconds or until the butter has melted.
