Our recipe modifications:
1 cup blended cottage cheese – 4 net carbs
~1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 17 net carbs
4 tbsp lakanto maple syrup – 2 net carbs
mixture has ~23 net carbs per batch. Divide this by the number of truffles you make to get net carbs per truffle. Emily made our truffles pretty large so we recommend maybe doing 1tbsp size truffles instead lol 🙂
