This 5-Minute Dessert Saved My Keto Diet #ketorecipes #chiaseeds #weightloss
Raspberry chia pudding — the one that’s already made when the craving turns up.
5g net carbs · 9g protein · 120 kcal per serving, before toppings.
30–40g raspberries, mashed
2 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
¼ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 tbsp allulose syrup or any keto sweetener (optional)
Fruit on top when you eat it
Mix everything in a jar. Leave it three minutes, then mix again — that second stir is what stops the chia clumping into pockets. Fridge overnight, or two hours minimum.

That drizzle is allulose, not honey. Honey and maple are sugar, and one spoonful costs more than everything else in the bowl put together. It’s the single most common way a “keto” dessert quietly stops being one.
There are fifty of these coming — chocolate, fruity, and cold.
Comment CHOCOLATE, FRUIT or COLD and whichever wins is the one next.
