Ingredients
3 sun dried tomatoes , in olive oil
2 tablespoon basil paste , or fresh basil
1 cup cottage cheese (full fat)
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350℉ (177℃).
2. Blend sun dried tomatoes, basil paste, cottage cheese, and eggs in a blender on high until smooth.
3. Prepare tray: Line a 18 x 13 in (45 x 33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Spread cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until browned and puffed up.
6. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
