Ingredients:
Fresh Basil
Garlic
Olive Oil
1 block of feta
grape or cherry tomatoes
pine nuts
red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
italian seasoning
zucchini noodles (aka zoodles)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place feta in the middle surrounded by all ingredients except zucchini noodles
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Take out after 20 minutes, place zucchini noodles on top.
Bake for additional 10 minutes.
Take out, mix everything together, and enjoy!
