WHAT’S FOR KETO DINNER – FREEZER EDITION! SHOPPING FROM MY FREEZER
We have a new chest freezer coming to store our Elk, Venison and half a cow we ordered. I need to clean out our current freezer to make room for more meat! So this week on What’s For Keto Dinner, I’m shopping my freezer to see what we can eat to make room.
I found a couple of pork roasts and a package of flank steak in our freezer. From that, I decided to roast the pork loin roast on the Traeger for keto dinner later than night then turn the leftovers into a keto BBQ pork sandwich and BBQ pork flatbread keto pizza for meals later in the week. A few days later, I grilled the flank steak for dinner and turned the remaining steak into keto french dip sandwiches.
From shopping for our keto dinners in the freezer, I was able to make low carb dinners for us for the whole week.
