In a bowl, layer the following and then mix before enjoying:
1/4 c full fat Greek yogurt
The juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Dill, garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Mixed greens
Cucumber, Kalamata olives, red onion
1 cup leftover chicken
2 tbsp goats milk feta
~47g of protein π
