Tired of having eggs & bacon for breakfast while on keto, then let’s make some KETO Oatmeal !!
I Promise this is the best N’OATMEAL you’ve ever tried!!
INGREDIENTS
3/4 Hot water
1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 Cup almond flour
1/4 Cup hemp seeds
2 Tbsp flax
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp erythritol
Pinch of cinnamon
Splash of whipping cream
Splash of sugar free maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
-In a pot mix water, almond milk and vanilla extract
-Add dry ingredients and mix them all together
-Bring pot to the stove and cook in medium heat until the mixture is thicker
-Once the mix starts thickening, add whip cream and maple syrup
-Mix everything together and let it cook till it reaches the desired consistency
-Once oatmeal is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes
-Add your favourite toppings!
