This week I’m back with another Keto experiment! A lot of people believe that you cannot lose weight eating low carb or “keto friendly” products and packaged meals…so I put it to the test! I ate Atkins frozen meals, Atkins shakes and Atkins Treats for 7 days straight to see if I would still lose weight.
