• KETO BROKEN GLASS JELLO •
3 boxes of sugar free Jello (0.6 oz)
1 3/4 heavy whipping cream
2 packets of Knox gelatin
3 TBS Erythritol (I used Anthony’s Confectioner’s Erythritol)
Add 1 cup of boiling water to each jello mixture. Place in fridge for 3-4 hours. Once the jello is set, cube, and place in a 9×13 dish.
Mix two packets of Knox gelatin to 1/2 cup of cold water
To that, add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water, 3 TBS of erythritol, and 1 3/4 cups of heavy whipping cream. Allow this mixture to cool down. Once the mixture is cool, pour into the 9×13 dish. Set in refrigerator overnight.
This recipe yields 24 pieces of jello at 1.2 net carbs per serving!
