Flax Veggie Egg Pancakes – Patties – Fiber & Protein Rich KETO
Here is my new recipe for you friends !!
Ingredients
2 pasteurized eggs
2 handfuls of organic peeled and deseeded red bell peppers, chopped
1 handful of organic carrots, grated or finely chopped
2 tbsp sheep’s or goat milk feta cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp organic flax meal
½ tsp sea salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the chopped peppers, carrots, feta cheese, flax meal, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Heat a ceramic-coated pan on low heat. Add olive oil.
Place a pancake ring on the pan and pour in about 3 tablespoons of the mixture.
Cook on low heat for 3 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Serve warm with Italian tomato sauce and some A2 cheese of your choice.
