Fisherman’s Eggs | Tasty Sardine Low Carb Breakfast |

Healthy good fats for breakfast. Easy recipe to start your day. Fisherman’s eggs taste amazing and are nutritious. Sardines!

Fisherman’s eggs:

2 medium – Shallots
1 can – Sardines (in olive oil)
3 cloves – Garlic
1 bunch – Parsley
3 medium – Eggs

1) Drain the can into a hot cast iron pan. Hold back the sardines.

2) Chop the shallots and garlic. Add them to the pan. Cook until soft.

3) Add the sardines to the pan, break them up and mix with the shallots and garlic.

4) Finely chop a small handful of fresh Italian parsley. Layer it on top of the pan.

5) Crack the three eggs on top of the parsley. Once they start to cook on the pan take off heat and place in the oven 350 until eggs are cooked. Serve with hot sauce. Enjoy.
